History
For over 50 years, F&G Mechanical has prided itself on its high level of customer service and performance. Even in 1947 when Sal Fichera and Butch Giardina's fathers, Pat and Teddy founded the business on Harway Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, they knew their success was dependent on customer satisfaction. We still believes our success as a contractor is only as great as the service and performance we provides our customers.
That service standard has continued through two dedicated generations of family ownership. It has enabled F&G Mechanical to grow from a 2-man plumbing shop, which converted coal-burning furnaces to oil burners and hot water boilers in local Brooklyn neighborhoods, to one of the largest full-service mechanical contracting companies in the nation. Today F&G Mechanical, together with its affiliate company, Meadowlands Fire Protection, provides its customers with a full range of plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection design/build and maintenance services. Our reputation is firmly established as there is hardly a developer, general contractor, construction firm, or Fortune 500 company in the area that cannot attest to the scope of our capability for completing a project on-time, on-budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
At F&G, and Meadowlands Fire Protection, we are especially proud of our track record because no two projects are alike. Each commercial or residential building, corporate headquarters, warehouse, hospital, co-generation plant, retail mall, or hotel has its own unique set of requirements. Whether it is new construction, renovations, tenant build-out, or a fast track project, we have the ability to provide our customers with a combination of mechanical services not normally available from just one contractor. No other contractor can provide the level of flexibility, responsiveness, and coordination we bring to the job.
When your next project calls for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems and/or facility services, look to F&G Mechanical and Meadowlands Fire Protection. Skilled workmanship, quality materials and equipment, consistent performance, plus honesty and integrity go into every project. Because at F&G and M.F.P., we measure our success by our customers' satisfaction, both during the project as well as after.
