At F&G Mechanical, we understand how critical the HVAC system is to effective employee productivity, proper operation of equipment such as computer or telecommunications networks, and specialized industries such as pharmaceutical, television or cogeneration. We built our HVAC division to handle virtually any type of installation, including new construction, intricate process piping, tenant fit-up and retrofit, fast track projects, and routine maintenance.

Our engineering department can supply you with complete design capabilities, redesign of existing systems, recommend possible enhancements for a more cost-effective system or tailor an HVAC package to your particular job, budget and needs. Our highly trained technicians have years of hands-on experience and knowledge of current indoor air quality regulations and refrigerant reclamation and handling guidelines.

The design and installation of process piping demands a specialized capability. At F&G, we have the expertise. We have completed, as well as acted as consultants, on several co-generation projects in the New York/New Jersey Metro area.

An HVAC company must be flexible and responsive to special requirements. We will work with you to meet those needs. If necessary, we will schedule installations during evening hours or on weekends. We will coordinate activities with the other trades and work around your client's schedule to minimize any inconvenience. We will inventory chillers, pumps, cooling, towers, or special equipment to ensure their availability as needed. And, we will make sure the work is completed as promised.
