Donna is responsible for overseeing the company’s human resource and administrative functions. This includes operational support for F&G Mechanical and Meadowlands Fire Protection, as well as leading corporate functions such as employee benefits, salary administration, employee retention, hiring, HR policy development, education, and career-development programs.

Donna is also responsible for ensuring that the office is operationally efficient and effective, as well as overseeing the company’s newsletter, marketing, and organizing company events. As an executive management team member collectively working on the day-to-day responsibilities of managing, improving and operating the company, Donna helps to enhance the overall operation and success of F&G Mechanical.

Holding various positions over her 34-year tenure with the company, Donna is an experienced and dedicated human resource professional. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources, and has undergone certifications and training in human resource management techniques and laws.

When she’s not at work, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She also takes pleasure in skiing, biking, entertaining, and cooking.
