John conducts and coordinates safety training for all company personnel while overseeing the effective implementation of the company’s safety and health guidelines.

John ensures that F&G maintains its MSDS/Hazard Communication Program to guarantee compliance with OSHA guidelines. Additionally, John reviews and monitors the health and safety plans of the subcontractors we work with. He also performs job safety analysis.

Finally, as Chairperson of the Safety Committee, John conducts safety orientations and weekly safety meetings.


John has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with 12 of those years focusing on safety. He began his career as a union carpenter and worked on several high-rise buildings in Hoboken, NJ. In 2002, while at a framing and drywall company, John was promoted to Project Superintendent.

John has a degree in electronic engineering. He has completed a number of training courses, including:

  • OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer
  • NYC 40-Hour Site Safety Manager Certification
  • 10- and 30-Hour OSHA Safety Certification
  • Ives Certified Trainer for Forklifts (Class 1-7), Aerial, and Platform Lift
  • Fall Protection Competent Person Certification

The Personal Side

John is an avid golfer, officiates high school basketball games, and is president of his local church’s parish council. He is also an active member of his church choir.
